For those of you using Windows, do the following:
1.) Open an empty notepad file.
2.) Type “Bush hid the facts” (without the quotes)
3.) Save it as whatever you want.
4.) Close it, and re-open it. See the Magic.
Its a Bug in Windows. It happens because when you save a file in Notepad, its get saved in 8-Bit ASCII format. But the next time you open it, Notepad thinks it is saved in UTF-16 Unicode Format. So it displays some garbage characters. It happens even for "hhhh hhh hhh hhhhh".
Another trick:
Open Microsoft Word and type
=rand (200, 99)
And then press ENTER and see what happens.
